is used in a variety of applications and for different purposes: either because it is used as a substitute for other gases (such as nitrogen), either because it is easier to change state (for example, gaseous to liquid) or as part of a gas mixture.
We design, manufacture and supply complete systems for CO2.
Carbon capture, use and storage also known as CCUS or CCS
Under normal temperature and pressure conditions, hydrogen is a colorless and odorless gas, lighter than air. It is soluble in water up to 1,6 mg/L at 21°C. Depending on temperature and pressure, it can exist in different states: gaseous, liquid, solid, metallic and triatomic. Here we will only concentrate on hydrogen in gaseous form.

H2-DRY is designed for continuous separation of water molecules from compressed hydrogen, thereby lowering the pressure dew point.
We supply solutions for hydrogen from 100 kW to 100 MW.

Made famous for using the atom in the process of nuclear fusion, hydrogen has historically been used in several other applications:
Chemical industry
– Production of ammonia and other fertilizers
Petrochemical industry
– Sulfur removal
– Process for making petrol and diesel by hydrocracking
– Methanol production (synthesis of amines and alkanes by hydrogenation)
Food industry
– Production of margarine and butter by fat hydrogenation
Welding
– Atomic hydrogen welding (or plasma)
Glass production
– As an antioxidant or protective gas when combined with nitrogen
Electronics production
– Production of semiconductors, LEDs, displays etc
Space exploration
– Rocket engines (liquid form)
Nitrogen can be produced in several ways. We supply solutions for PSA, membrane and are now working with VSA solutions. The systems can be delivered site-mounted, on skids or in autonomous containers.
Our engineering department is able to integrate standard or custom-made products into a container-based package according to specific project requirements. Containerized compressor room can be designed according to a number of design codes (PED, ASME, DNV, ABS, NR13, AS1210...).
Based on this, our engineers will determine the components of the system and combine them into a unique unit with a reliable supply of constant output gas parameters for your production process.

Natural gas purifiers (CNG purifiers) are designed for continuous separation of water vapor from compressed natural gas and thus lower the dew point.

CNG-DRY are normally tailored to meet specific project requirements. Several versions are available based on operating pressure and type of regeneration.
G-DRY is manually controlled and without regeneration. After saturation of the dryer, it is possible to replace adsorption material or regenerate it with an external regeneration system.
CNG-R-DRY has two columns that work alternately. Adsorption takes place under pressure in the first column while the second column is regenerated using heat.
CNG-HP-DRY also has two columns that work alternately. Regeneration is made from a small portion of already dried CNG at ambient pressure. Regeneration CNG is released to the suction side of the compressor.
