Covid19 – force majeure

To our partners, suppliers & customers

We have reached a situation that is both uncertain and difficult. Vestec, like many other players, depends on deliveries from our subcontractors and partners. If a situation should arise where we or our subcontractors are unable to receive/deliver goods or carry out work, we will have to stop work at short or no notice. This situation is very special and is far beyond our control. In this context, Vestec as invokes force majeure for the obligations we have undertaken.

Measures have been taken to maintain normal operations as much as possible, as well as to protect essential functions for service and emergency response.
