Vestec AS is a company that sells, services and hires compressors, industrial washing machines and other types of machines that form a natural part of our business. Organisation, technology and materials must be adapted to the customer's needs with products and services of high quality. It must be a short distance from the customer to the decision maker. Personal service and advice are an integral part of all practice, and are crucial for the achievement of any goal. The high demands for quality are achieved through targeted recruitment and staff development, demands for performance and rewards based on effort and results. 

On this basis, Vestec AS shall consolidate its position as one of the most capable suppliers of the aforementioned products and services. Such requirements are placed on the company's equity reserve that real freedom of action and confidence in the market is achieved. With such a business idea and a self-imposed requirement for high business ethics, Vestec AS will distinguish itself as a significant, efficient and profitable company. The quality/IK HMS system is based on ISO 9001:2015

Our HSE policy should help ensure that the business safeguards and further develops its business strategy. In all areas of our business, we must work purposefully and systematically to improve our performance. We shall achieve this by e.g. through controlling risks that may be associated with our business.

A good working environment must ensure the safety and health of managers and employees, contribute to increased well-being and strengthen the sense of togetherness. High attendance and low sickness absence as well as motivated employees will contribute to increased efficiency and even better results. Our business must further develop an environmentally friendly operation and have an environmental profile that satisfies our customers in a good and clear way.  

Our most important suppliers must contribute to strengthening this profile and we will make demands on our partners. The development of a good HSE culture is a management responsibility and we must make it possible for all employees to contribute to the development of a HSE culture such as contributes to us achieving our HSE goals.

HSE Objectives

Our overall HSE objective is to achieve an operation where damage to people, the environment and material is avoided.

We want to be recognized as the industry leader in health, environment and safety, and we believe that all unwanted incidents and accidents relating to people, the environment and assets can be prevented. Our managers are expected to be the promoters of a strong safety culture based on our values. We focus on preventing personal injuries, work-related illness and major accidents, and the goal of zero accidents has become part of the way we think and work, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
