SKID NITROGEN GENERATOR

We are pleased to present a new product - SKID nitrogen generator.

The compactness of the system enables the user to install the equipment in small spaces according to the concept of plug and play without significant installation costs. SKID is high-tech equipment that makes it possible to obtain nitrogen with a purity of 96 to 99,999%. SKID represents a complete set of several components and units that are centrally controlled and administered.

SKID consists of a compressor, filters with different filtration rates, an activated carbon tower, a pressure vessel, an adsorption or refrigeration dryer, and a nitrogen generator with a nitrogen pressure vessel.

The main purpose of these nitrogen stations is the autonomous production of nitrogen, which is obtained from the air by adsorption. Stored nitrogen is used to prevent fire, establish a suitable environment for the storage and packaging of foodstuffs, packaging pharmaceutical products, working with dust substances, protection of metals in welding, as well as prevention of oxidation, soldering, ...

The entire system is housed in a metal frame, which can also be installed in a standard container.
